昭義軍節度使特進守大弟太保上柱國始平郡開國侯食邑一千戶臣馮延巳奉勅撰　平廬軍節度使光祿大夫檢校太傅刑部尚書上柱國上饒郡公食邑二千戶臣徐遜奉勅書并題額　保大十二年歲次甲寅正月丙子朔十日乙酉建

Composed by imperial decree by minister Feng Yanji, Military Commissioner of Zhaoyi Army, Specially Advanced, Acting Grand Guardian of the Heir Apparent, Upper Pillar of State, and Founding Marquis of Shiping Commandery with a Fief of One Thousand Households. Calligraphy and header inscription by imperial decree by minister Xu Xun, Military Commissioner of Pinglu Army, Grand Master of the Golden Glories, Acting Grand Preceptor, Minister of Justice, Upper Pillar of State, and Duke of Shangrao Commandery with a Fief of Two Thousand Households. Erected on the tenth day, yiyou, of the first month, which began on bingzi, the twelfth year of Baoda, a jiayin year.
