Composed by Li Zhao, Gentleman of Court Consultation and Probationary Harmonizer of the Office of Imperial Sacrifices. Erected on the fifteenth day, gengwu, of the ninth month, whose new moon was bingchen, in the year renchen, the seventh year of the Yuanhe era. On the eighth day of the seventh month of the thirteenth year of the Dazhong era, Feng Zhuan, a Local Tribute and Jinshi Scholar, re-calligraphed the text and inscribed the header in seal script.
