Composed by Liu Ke, Attendant Officer of the Fujian Surveillance Commission, Gentleman of Court Discussion, Probationary Investigating Censor, and Supreme Pillar of State; calligraphed by the śramaṇa Yungao; header inscribed in seal script by Qi Yu, Acting Revenue Officer of the Superior Area Command of Hongzhou, Gentleman for Court Proclamation, and former Sheriff of Huaining County in Shuzhou. Erected on the eleventh day of the seventh month of the fourth year of the Dahe era. Re-erected on the twenty-third day of the seventh month of the eighth year of the Dazhong era. On the reverse of the stele there is a poem by Cao Fen, inscribed on the thirteenth day of the seventh month of the third year of the Huichang era.
