Five li west of the Temple, directly overlooking the main thoroughfare. In the Xiande era of the Song, the stūpa of Great Master Ciguang, a monk of Wu, [was erected here]. It was formerly called Chanlin Stūpa Monastery. During the Taiping Xingguo era, it was changed and bestowed the name Zhiguan. Together with the four monasteries of Anle, Baofu, and Sheshou, their bells and chimes blend in harmony, and their pines and bamboos unite in verdure. Lü Shu, Erudite of the Court of Imperial Sacrifices, left a poem inscribed at the Shun Cave saying: 'The ancient traces of myriad ages remain today; / What after all was the sagely purpose of the southern tour? / Those of the rank of the Eight Worthies received bountiful grace, / Yet for the Xiang River Concubines, how plentiful were their tears of sorrow!'
