辱告。惠示至尊答臣下審神滅論。謹罄庸管恭覽聖製。聲溢金石理洞淵泉。義貫六爻言該三世。足使僻學知宗迷途識反。弟子生幸休明身叨渥澤。復得傾耳天作拭目。神藻鳧抃之誠良無紀極。猥惠頒逮銘躍唯重。弟子王琳答。

You have condescended to inform me. Graciously showing me the Most Exalted's reply to his subject regarding the examination of the treatise on the extinction of the spirit, I have reverently exhausted my humble abilities to respectfully peruse the sagacious composition. Its resonance overflows metal and stone; its principle plumbs the abyssal spring. Its meaning penetrates the six lines of the hexagrams; its words encompass the three times. It is sufficient to make deviant scholars know the fundamental ancestor, and those on stray paths recognize how to return. Your disciple is fortunate to live in an era of peace and light, personally receiving abundant favor. Having once more been able to incline my ear to the heavenly creation and wipe my eyes before the spiritual literature, my sincerity in joy and leaping is truly boundless.
