答曰。此義未通而自釋。不復費辭於無用。禮記有斯言多矣。近寫此條小恨未周也。
The reply: This point has not been understood, yet it explains itself; I shall not waste words on what is useless. The Book of Rites has many such statements. When I recently copied this section, I slightly regretted it was not comprehensive.
