奏曰。仰承聖旨。名義深博宗源浩污。究察莫由。事等窺天。誰測其廣。又同測海。寧識其深。

[Dao]lin memorialized: "Looking up, I receive Your Sagely intention. The names and principles are profound and vast, the source of the lineage boundlessly deep. There is no way to fathom it through investigation. This matter is like peering at the heavens—who can measure their breadth? It is also like gauging the ocean—how could one know its depth?
