弈云。趙建武時。有道人張光反。梁武時僧光反。況今僧尼二十萬眾。須早廢省。
[Fu] Yi said: 'During the Jianwu era of Zhao, the man of the path Zhang Guang rebelled; under Emperor Wu of Liang, Sengguang rebelled. How much more so now with two hundred thousand monks and nuns; they must be abolished and dismissed early.'
