一惑佛出西胡
二惑周孔不言
三惑毀佛譽道
四惑比佛妖魅
五惑昔有反僧
六惑比僧土梟
七惑譏毀鬚髮
八惑埿種事埿
九惑有佛政虐
十惑無佛民和

1. Doubt that the Buddha arose among the western barbarians
2. Doubt that the Duke of Zhou and Confucius did not speak of him
3. Doubt that defames the Buddha and praises the Dao
4. Doubt that likens the Buddha to demonic apparitions
5. Doubt that in the past there were rebellious monks
6. Doubt that likens monks to burrowing owls
7. Doubt that mocks and defames shaving the beard and hair
8. Doubt that mud idols serve mud
9. Doubt that having the Buddha brings tyrannical rule
10. Doubt that without the Buddha the people are harmonious
