維摩體神性。陵化昭機庭。無可無不可。流浪入形名。民動則我疾。人恬我氣平。恬動豈形影。形影應機情。玄韻乘十哲。頡頏傲四英。忘期遇濡首亹亹讚死生。

Vimalakīrti embodies the divine nature; / Surpassing transformation, he illumines the arena of responsive mechanism. / Having neither the permissible nor the impermissible, / He drifts along, entering form and name. / 'When people are agitated, then I am sick; / When people are tranquil, my breath is calm.' / Are tranquility and agitation mere form and shadow? / Form and shadow respond to the dispositions of the moment. / His profound cadence surpasses the ten disciples; / Soaring high, he proudly confronts the four heroes. / Forgetting expectations, he met the Youthful One, / Tirelessly praising death and birth.
