儵爍驚電過。可見不可逐。恒物生滅後。誰復覈遲速。慎勿留空念。橫使神理恧。廢己道易孚。忘情長之福。

In a flashing burst, the startling lightning passes, / visible yet impossible to pursue. / After ordinary things arise and cease, / who investigates what was slow or fast? / Be careful not to harbor empty attachments, / pointlessly shaming the spiritual principle. / Cast aside the self, and the Way is easily realized; / forget feelings, and the blessing of longevity is attained.
