臣諱啟。主書周昂奉宣勅旨曲賚恩參。臣即爾到建元寺奉候法身。金山戾止。王人勞問榮恩頻疊。啟謝無辭不任下情。謹啟事謝聞。謹啟。

Glorious favors have repeatedly accumulated, leaving me without words to express my gratitude. Unable to bear my humble feelings, I respectfully submit this memorial to express my thanks.
