西明寺僧道宣等上榮國夫人楊氏請論沙門不合拜俗啟一首（夫人帝后之母也敬崇正化大建福門造像書經架築相續入出宮禁榮問莫加僧等詣門致書云爾）

A Petition by the Monk Daoxuan and Others of Ximing Temple Submitted to Lady Yang, the Dowager Duchess of Rong, Requesting Deliberation That Śramaṇas Ought Not to Bow to the Laity, in One Piece (The Duchess was the mother of the Empress. She deeply revered the true transformation and greatly established gates of merit, casting statues, writing sutras, and constructing edifices without interruption. She went in and out of the imperial palace, and no one surpassed her in illustrious glory. The monks and others went to her gate and delivered this letter.)
