是以智人當勤自勉。生老病死不離其身。勿生疑惑一生空過。今更出之以顯疑相。
Therefore, the wise person should diligently urge himself on; birth, old age, sickness, and death never leave his body; let him not give rise to doubts and pass an entire life in vain. Now I present them further to make clear the aspects of doubt.
