冬狐理豐毳。春蠶緒輕絲。形骸翻為阻。心識還自欺。手容羈丱日。平生少年時。驅車追俠客。酌酒弄妖姬。但念目前好。安知身後悲。惕然一以愧。永與情愛辭。

The winter fox grows thick, rich down; / The spring silkworm draws out light silk. / The physical form turns into a hindrance; / The conscious mind deceives itself in turn. / Hands and face, in days of youthful coiffure; / Throughout one's lifetime, during years of youth: / Driving the carriage to chase reckless companions, / Pouring the wine to dally with charming maidens. / One thought only of present pleasures; / How could one know the sorrow after this body? / Trembling in terror, once one feels shame, / One parts forever with passion and love.
