一曰。吾聞有古富而今貧。可稱多而賑寡。是以度索樓下獨有衰神。松柏橋南空餘白社。

"First: I have heard that there are those who were rich in antiquity but are poor today, and that one may weigh abundance to relieve scarcity. Therefore beneath the Dusu Tower there is only the deity of decline; south of the Cypress Bridge there remains solely the White Hamlet."
