美境多勝迹。道場實茲地。造化本靈奇。人功兼製置。房廊相映屬。堦閤並殊異。高明留睿賞。清靜穆神思。豫遊窮嶺歷。藉此芳春至。野花奪人眼。山鶯紛可喜。風景共鮮華。水石相輝媚。像法無塵染。真僧絕名利。陪遊既伏心。聞道方刻意。

The fine landscape possesses many supreme traces;
The place of awakening is truly here.
Creation is numinous and wondrous by nature;
Human effort further adds design and layout.
Chambers and corridors mirror one another;
Steps and pavilions are all extraordinary.
Lofty brilliance holds royal appreciation;
Serene stillness pacifies spiritual reflections.
The imperial tour traverses the ridgelines,
Taking occasion of this fragrant spring to arrive.
Wild flowers dazzle human eyes;
Mountain orioles flutter delightfully.
Wind and scenery are alike fresh and splendid;
Water and stones mutually charm and shine.
The image Dharma is unstained by dust;
True monks are severed from fame and profit.
Accompanying the tour, my mind is already subdued;
Hearing the Dao, I now engrave my intent.
