栖烏猶未翔。命駕出山莊。詰屈登馬嶺。迴互入羊腸。稍看原藹藹。漸見岫蒼蒼。落星埋遠樹。新霧起朝陽。陰池宿早雁。寒風催夜霜。茲地信閑寂。清曠惟道場。玉樹琉璃水。羽帳欝金床。紫柱珊瑚地。神幢明月璫。牽蘿下石隥。攀桂陟松梁。㵎斜日欲隱。煙生樓半藏。千祀終何邁。百代歸我皇。神功照不極。叡鏡湛無方。法輪明暗室。慧海度慈航。塵根久未洗。希霑垂露光。

The roosting birds have not yet flown; / I order my chariot and depart the mountain lodge. / Winding and turning, I ascend Mount Ma; / Twisting and turning, I enter the Sheep-Intestine Pass. / By degrees I look upon the plains, dim and misty; / Gradually I behold the peaks, dark azure. / Falling Stars is buried amid the distant trees; / Fresh morning mist rises with the dawn sun. / In the shaded pond, early geese roost for the night; / The cold wind hurries on the nocturnal frost. / This place is truly quiet and serene; / Pure and spacious, it is indeed a sanctuary of the Way. / Jade trees and lapis lazuli waters; / Curtains of feathers and a bed of saffron. / Purple pillars on coral ground; / Divine banners and earrings of bright pearl. / Pulling down creepers, I descend the stone stairway; / Grasping cassia branches, I mount the pine-tree bridge. / The ravine tilts as the sun prepares to sink; / Mists rise as the high towers are half-concealed. / Through a thousand eras, what shall endure in the end? / For a hundred generations, all converges upon our Sovereign. / His divine achievements illuminate without limit; / His sagacious mirror is profound and boundless. / The wheel of the Dharma illuminates dark rooms; / The ocean of wisdom carries the raft of compassion across. / My defiled senses have long remained unwashed; / I hope to be moistened by the glow of dripping dew.
