或制民輸課（蜀記曰。受其道者。輸米肉布絹器物紙筆。薦席五綵。後生邪濁增立米民）。

Or they make the people pay levies. (The Shuji states: "Those who receive their Dao pay rice, meat, cloth, silk, utensils, paper, brushes, mats, and five-colored fabrics. Later, when depravity and pollution arose, they additionally established 'rice people'.")
