In Bo prefecture, a pagoda was erected at Kaiji Temple. Within the borders, there was no stone. When the relics arrived, three polished square stones were found in three separate places; one resembled a casket without a bottom, so they were fitted together and used without needing to be chiseled or altered. When excavating the foundation of the pagoda down to bedrock, two rippling wells flanked it. The weather was overcast and snowy. As the relics were about to be lowered, the sun shone brightly; as soon as they entered the casket, the clouds gathered again.
