貞觀二十二年十月。有吉州上表云。有事天尊者行三皇齋法。依檢其經。乃云。欲為。

In the tenth month of the twenty-second year of Zhenguan, a memorial was submitted from Jizhou stating that there were worshippers of the Heavenly Worthy who practiced the fast and ritual of the *Sanhuang [jing]*. Upon examining their scripture, it actually said: ‘One who wishes to become
