嵩嶽道士呂惠通等一百四十人。將太上安志上品一部　三元誡品一部　太極左公神仙本起內傳一部　服御五牙立成一部　朝夕朝儀一部　合九十五卷。

One hundred and forty persons including the Daoist master Lü Huitong of the Central Peak brought: one work of the Taishang anzhi shangpin; one work of the Sanyuan jiepin; one work of the Taiji zuogong shenxian benqi neizhuan; one work of the Fuyu wuya licheng; and one work of the Zhaoxi zhaoyi—amounting to ninety-five fascicles in total.
