四河東蒲坂古塔者。後秦姚略叔父為晉王。鎮於河東。古老傳云。蒲坂古塔即阿育王所立也。疑之屢有光現。依掘得佛骨於石函銀匣中。照耀殊常送以上略。略乃親迎覩於㶚上。今蒲州東坂有救苦寺僧住立大像極宏冠。而古塔不樹云。

Fourth, the ancient stūpa of Puban in Hedong: The uncle of Yao Lue of the Later Qin served as King of Jin and was stationed in Hedong. The elders transmitted that the ancient stūpa of Puban was indeed erected by King Aśoka. Suspecting this, since light frequently appeared, they dug according to [the sign] and obtained Buddha relics in a silver case inside a stone casket, shining with extraordinary brilliance, and presented them to Yao Lue. Lue personally welcomed and viewed them on the Ba River. Today on the eastern slope of Puzhou there is Jiuku Temple where monks reside; they erected a grand image that is extraordinarily magnificent, but the ancient stūpa has not been rebuilt, it is said.
