3.26

此等諸王。莫不翼佐勳業廣崇佛教。左右部落咸使六齋。合第尊卑皆受五戒。

Among these princes, there was none who did not assist in meritorious achievements and broadly revere Buddhism. They made their attendants and tribes all observe the six days of fasting, and throughout their households, both noble and base, all received the five precepts.
