軒轅誕聖新鄭。肇其洪源。昌意降居若水。承其遺烈始祖魏氏之政。封尉遲國君。官族表於世功。命氏因于胙邑。蟬聯華緒。彛鼎鏤其深功。舄奕崇基。庸器紀其行業。父柱國大將軍長樂公。夫人尚書昌樂大長穆公主。造褒義寺及宣化尼寺。

Xuanyuan was born a sage at Xinzheng, initiating this vast source; Changyi descended to reside by the Ruoshui River, inheriting his enduring legacy. When their early ancestor served in the government of the Wei house, he was enfeoffed as ruler of the Yuchi state; his official clan manifested continuous achievements, and he was named after the granted domain. Continually unbroken were the glorious lineages, with ceremonial tripods inscribing their profound merits; resplendent were the high foundations, with sacrificial vessels recording their deeds. His father was Pillar of State, General-in-Chief, Duke of Changle. His wife was Grand Princess Changle, the Master of Writing, Princess Mu. He built the Baoyi Temple and the Xuanhua Nunnery.
