精心道藝。託志詩書。彫篆為文。斧藻成德。承風虛想。望美傾心。獨步當朝。為物稱首。而迴向三寶委質四弘。於鄴城中起報恩寺。

He focused his mind on the arts of the Way, and entrusted his aspirations to poetry and history. Carving seal characters into refined writings, he polished his virtue into perfection. When others caught wind of his reputation, their minds longed for him; gazing upon his excellence, they inclined their hearts to him. Walking alone in his generation at court, he was hailed as foremost among all people. Yet he directed [his merit] toward the Three Jewels and dedicated his life to the four vast vows. Within the city of Yecheng he founded the Bao'en Monastery.
