如來有紅爪紺髮果脣花目萬字千輞月面日輪三十二相八十種好。所著之衣金縷織成。坐千葉蓮花之上。有形可圖有相可彩。

The Tathāgata has red fingernails, dark violet hair, bimba-fruit lips, lotus-flower eyes, the svastika sign, wheels with a thousand spokes, a face like the moon, and a halo like the sun—the thirty-two marks and eighty minor characteristics. The robes he wears are woven of golden threads; he sits atop a thousand-petalled lotus flower; he possesses physical forms that can be depicted and characteristics that can be painted.
