平昔著書今粗畢。南還終欲隱羅浮。初春況遇故鄉子。終夜更誇滄海遊。但貴羊城風物好。豈辭梅嶺路岐修。應須相與葛洪輩。抗迹山林送白頭。

My past labors of writing books are now roughly finished; / Returning south, I ultimately wish to withdraw into Mount Luofu. / In early spring, all the more joyful to meet a countryman from my old home; / Throughout the night we boast of travels across the vast ocean. / Valuing only the fine scenery and customs of the City of Rams, / How could I shrink from the long and branching roads of Plum Pass? / I must join the likes of Ge Hong, / Raising our tracks into mountain forests to see out our white hair.
