古人信文字。字字從此出。天下心不欺。爾亦有陰隲。濯之遺孺子。念茲未應失。
The ancients put their faith in writing; / every single word came forth from this. / If the mind of the world is not deceived, / you too will share in unseen merit. / I wash it to bequeath to the youngsters; / mindful of this, they must not let it be lost.
