朔風適變寒。曉日將含煦。南國殊未還。東山歲云暮。浮生奄忽往。芳顏安得駐。寄謝人世間。紛華尤可悟。

The north wind has just turned cold; / The morning sun holds warmth within. / To the southern lands I have not yet returned; / At East Mountain, the year draws to a close. / Floating life swiftly glides away; / How can a youthful countenance be made to stay? / I send my regards to the human world: / Its tangled splendors are all the more cause for awakening.
