千年道在高僧傳。未論詩人更有評。曾著文章原大道。獨推性命濟群生。白雲已鎖山間寺。流水空傳世上名。林遠不聞鐘磬作。五更幽鳥轉春聲。

A thousand years of the Way are recorded in the Biographies of Eminent Monks; / let us not speak of poets having further appraisal. / You once composed writings tracing the source of the Great Way; / solely promoting true nature and life to save living beings. / White clouds have already locked the mountain temple; / flowing water vainly spreads your name across the world. / Far in the forest, the sounding of bells and chimes is unheard; / at the fifth watch secluded birds turn to spring calls.
