18.37

不睡還烹北苑茶。寒燈落盡適來花。夜深雨過山形出。天淨雲空月色佳。且喜僧窓晴似晝。莫論人世事如麻。況陪支許皆能賦。豈厭留詩在碧紗。

Unable to sleep, I brew Beiyuan tea once more; / the cold lamp has shed all its flowers that recently bloomed. / Late in the night rain passes, mountain outlines emerge; / heaven is clear, clouds are gone, the moonlight is fine. / And how glad I am that the monk's window is bright as day; / do not speak of human affairs tangled like hemp. / Moreover, accompanied by Zhi and Xu, who both can compose rhapsodies— / how could we begrudge leaving our poems behind the green gauze?
