雨夜靈峯臥竹床。平明屐齒到雲堂。門前雨過新溪滿。石上風回舊草香。山抱鐘聲圓不散。雪鋪瓦面冷無光。理公莫怪詩相惱。今日偕行總姓湯。

On a rainy night at Lingfeng, resting upon a bamboo bed; / At dawn my clogs arrive at the cloud-hall. / Before the gate the rain has passed, the fresh brook brimming; / Over the rocks the wind turns, ancient grasses fragrant. / The mountains embrace the bell’s sound, round and undispersed; / Snow spreads across the tile surface, cold and without luster. / Master Li, do not blame the poems that disturb you; / Today our traveling companions are all of the Tang clan.
