圓三五　寸一分　口四八　兩寸脣
長二尺　厚薄均　腹三齊　坐垂溫
陰在上　陽下奔　首尾武　中間文
始七十　終三旬　內二百　善調勻
陰火白　黃芽鉛　兩湊聚　輔翼人
子處宮　得安存　去來游　不出門

"Round three and five, an inch and one tenth;
The opening four and eight, with two-inch lips.
Two feet in length, uniform in thickness;
The belly triple-adjusted, calmly emitting warmth.
Yin is above, while yang runs downward;
Martial at head and tail, civil in the middle.
Beginning in seventy, ending in three decades;
Two hundred within, well-tempered and even.
The yin fire is white, the yellow sprouts lead;
The two gather together, assisting humankind.
The child dwells in the palace, preserved in safety;
Roaming to and fro, without leaving the gates."
