It is free from the four propositions and cuts off the hundred negations (The 'four propositions' are: the proposition of existence, the proposition of non-existence, the proposition of both existence and non-existence, and the proposition of neither existence nor non-existence. As for the 'hundred negations', four times four multiply to sixteen; through the three periods of time there are altogether forty-eight; with the already arisen and not yet arisen there are ninety-six, which together with the four fundamental ones make one hundred dharmas. It means that if one attaches to even a single dharma, it is a negation; hence they are called the hundred negations).
