今吾以姬孔黃老之書為眾山（姬周文王姓。謂周孔黃老四聖之書。喻如眾山）。

Now I take the books of Ji, Confucius, the Yellow Emperor, and Laozi as the multitude of mountains, (Ji was the surname of King Wen of Zhou. It means that the books of the four sages—the Duke of Zhou, Confucius, the Yellow Emperor, and Laozi—are analogized to the multitude of mountains.)
