既登絕頂。望眾山自遠矣。何棄之有耶（既明釋典如登絕高之頂。復觀周孔等書如眾山而自遠矣。何曾遺棄之有耶也）。

Having already reached the supreme summit, looking upon the multitude of mountains, they naturally recede into the distance. How could there be any discarding of them?' (Having illuminated the Buddhist texts, it is like climbing to the supreme summit; looking again at the books of Zhou, Confucius, and others, they are like the multitude of mountains, naturally distant. How could there ever be any discarding of them?)
