以天福力。彰侍御之魗容。九孔流溢不淨。蛆蟲可厭（魗音醜。淨居天人用天福神力彰顯侍御。綏女俱各昏睡。現死屍相。各兩兩耳兩鼻口并大小便等。九孔流出不淨蛆蟲。太子轉生厭離之心也）。

by the power of their divine merit displayed the hideous appearance of the attendants: the nine apertures oozed impurity, and maggots were loathsome to behold. (The devas of the Śuddhāvāsa Heaven used their divine merit and spiritual power to reveal the attendants and court women all asleep in stupor, manifesting the appearance of corpses. From their two eyes, two ears, two nostrils, mouth, and places of urination and defecation—the nine apertures—impure maggots flowed forth. The prince's mind turned to disgust and revulsion.)
