是以聖人具非常之狀。而有非常之德（觀夫聖賢具非常人之相狀亦有非常人之德行也）。

Thus, sages possess extraordinary physical features, and they possess extraordinary virtue (observing that sages and worthies possess physical features unlike ordinary people, they also possess virtuous conduct unlike ordinary people).
