剖蚌蛤之腹。求明月之珠（明月珠者。夜明珠也。唯驪龍頷下有之。照夜如晝。若剖破蚌蛤之肚腹。求取明月之珠。未之有也）。

If one splits open the bellies of clams and mussels, seeking the pearl of the bright moon, (The pearl of the bright moon is the night-shining pearl; it exists only beneath the chin of the black dragon and illuminates the night like day. If one cuts open the belly of a clam or mussel seeking the pearl of the bright moon, it will never be found.)
