2.42

佛悉彌綸於廣大之外（悉盡也。彌遍也。綸理也結上文五始二儀不可推。不可紀。不可記不可握。不可入。其數事唯佛盡遍理於天地之外）。

The Buddha completely encompassingly orders what lies outside the vast, (悉 means completely. 彌 means universally. 綸 means to order. Concluding the above statements: regarding the Five Beginnings, the Two Modes, and what cannot be fathomed, chronicled, recorded, grasped, or penetrated, these several matters are universally ordered beyond Heaven and Earth by the Buddha alone.)
