在齊之北。以此觀之。齊魯漢魏之地。未必為中也（言北星辰在齊地分之北。如此則齊國魯國魏國等。亦未是中也）。

It lies to the north of Qi. Viewing it from this, the lands of Qi, Lu, Han, and Wei are not necessarily the center. (It means the Northern Pole Star is to the north of the territory of Qi. In that case, the states of Qi, Lu, Wei, and so on are also not the center.)
