惠澤八方。恩霑四海（惠者惠施之利。澤者澤潤也。舜居君位。無為而治天下也。太公佐武王革紂之虐。八方四方四維也。四海東西南北四海也。故八方四海之內。生民皆獲其恩澤也）。

their kind moisture reached the eight directions, and their favor bathed the four seas (kindness refers to the benefit of charitable giving; moisture refers to enriching; Shun occupied the ruler's throne and governed all under Heaven through non-action; the Grand Duke assisted King Wu in abolishing the cruelty of Zhou; the eight directions are the four quarters and the four corners; the four seas are the east, west, south, and north seas; therefore, within the eight directions and the four seas, all living people obtained their favor and moisture).
