言其非祖考鬼神而祭者諂求也（祖及父亡之皆稱為考。言不是自己祖考之魂神祭之者諂求也）。

This says that to sacrifice to ghosts and spirits that are not one's own ancestors is to seek through flattery (Both deceased grandfathers and fathers are referred to as kao. It means that to sacrifice to hun spirits that are not one's own ancestors is flattery and seeking favor).
