至後漢明帝甲子永平七年。僅千歲矣（僅纔也。緝事記永平四年辛酉。明帝夢佛。至戊辰十一年至此）。

By the seventh year (*jiazi*) of Yongping under Emperor Ming of the Later Han, barely a thousand years had passed (barely means just; the *Record of Collated Affairs* states that in the fourth year of Yongping, *xinyou*, Emperor Ming dreamed of the Buddha, and by the eleventh year, *wuchen*, it arrived here).
