And what constant teacher did he have? (In the Analects, Gongsun Chao, a grandee of Wei, asked Zigong: "From whom did Zhongni learn?" Zigong said: "The Way of Wen and Wu has not fallen to the ground; it resides in humans. The worthy remember its greater parts, and the unworthy remember its smaller parts. There is none who does not have the Way of Wen and Wu in them. From whom would the Master not learn? And what constant teacher indeed did he have?")
