狡猾之流。久為殘暴。天厭其禍。卒以敗亡。顧城闕而依然。臨士庶而咸若。感慰之至。深在朕懷。所賀知。

"The cunning scoundrels have long committed cruelties. Heaven detested their calamities, and they were finally defeated and destroyed. Looking upon the city gates, they remain as ever; overseeing the officers and commoners, all is at peace. The height of My emotion and solace resides deeply in My heart. What you have congratulated is noted."
