右興善寺三藏沙門不空奏。上件僧等自出家來。常尋法教不闕師資。戒行精修實堪為器。比雖離俗跡昌私名。今因　陛下開降誕之辰。朝賀歡欣之日。伏請官名以為正度。用資　皇祚以福無疆。如　天恩允許請宣付所司。

The above memorial is presented by the Tripiṭaka Śramaṇa Amoghavajra of Xingshan Temple: Ever since the aforementioned monks left home, they have constantly pursued the Dharma teachings, never lacking masters or teachers. They meticulously cultivate the precepts and conduct, and are truly worthy vessels. Recently, although they have left the secular world, their names remain unregistered and private. Now, on the occasion of Your Majesty's Imperial Birthday, a day of joyful celebration for the court, I humbly request that they be granted official titles as regular ordinations, so as to support the imperial reign and bring boundless blessings. If the Heavenly Grace permits, I request that this be proclaimed and committed to the relevant bureau.
