右特進試鴻臚卿大興善寺三藏沙門大廣智不空奏。前件無名僧等。先甞奉事故大和上。服勤香火積有歲年。志性柔和堅固無懈。請與正名便送塔額住彼掃灑。冀終罔極獲展師資。行者童子等。並久習真言。兼誦經典。不離本院業已成就。伏乞與度俾勵修持。

The above memorialized by Amoghavajra, Tripitaka Śramaṇa of Vast Wisdom of Daxingshan Temple, Specially Advanced, Probationary Court of Imperial Regalia Chamberlain: The aforementioned unregistered monk and others formerly served the late Upādhyāya, diligently attending to incense and lamps for accumulated years; their aspiration and character are gentle, steadfast, and unflagging. I request that he be given official status and dispatched with the pagoda plaque to reside there, sweeping and cleansing, in the hope of fulfilling endless devotion and showing the gratitude of disciple to master. As for the practitioners and postulants, they have all long studied mantras while also chanting scriptures; without leaving the monastery, their practice is already complete. I prostrately beg that they be granted ordination, encouraging them in their cultivation.
