中書門下　牒僧不空三藏　牒奉　勅宜於太原設一萬人齋。取太原府諸色官錢物。准數祇供勿使闕少。仍令不空三藏撿挍。牒至准　勅故牒。

The Secretariat-Chancellery sends this dispatch to the monk, Tripiṭaka Amoghavajra: The dispatch has received the imperial decree: 'A vegetarian feast for ten thousand people should be held in Taiyuan. Procure all categories of official funds and goods from Taiyuan Prefecture, and supply them according to the required amounts without causing any shortage. Further, order Tripiṭaka Amoghavajra to supervise this.' When this dispatch arrives, let it be in accordance with the decree. Hence the dispatch.
